Preliminary Market Consultation RENTAL PREMISES

Roscommon LEADER Partnership are conducting market consultations with suppliers before the start of a possible procurement process for rental of office space within the geographical areas of Mid and South Roscommon, as highlighted in the map attached.
As a minimum we will require at least 6 SQ M, adequate parking & access to high speed broadband. Community & Private Hubs are welcome to apply.

The purpose of this market consultation is to gain an insight into the capacity of the market to deliver on our office space requirements and to therefore facilitate an improved specification for publishing on Etenders.

PLEASE NOTE: in the interest of fairness, transparency, and equal treatment any relevant information exchanged in the context of, or resulting from, the involvement of a tenderer in this pre-market consultation will be made available to all participating tenderers in any follow up tender competition to ensure each tenderer has the opportunity to submit a competitive tender.

With this in mind we are inviting interested parties who have premises for rental to contact RLP for a Preliminary Market Consultation Form at reception@ridc.ie.

All completed forms must be returned to orla@ots.ie by 20th August @ 4pm at the latest.
