    RECRUITMENT - Clerical Officer / Receptionist

    Full-Time based in Roscommon Town
     
    Roscommon LEADER Partnership is seeking to recruit a full time Clerical Officer /Receptionist.

    The Clerical Officer/Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of reception, and typical duties will include monitoring conference/training room bookings, telephone and postal duties, creating and maintaining filing systems, monitoring and procurement of stationary office, process invoices for payment, online and bank lodgements, checking/processing travel expenses and mobile bills, monitoring company vehicles for Tax and NCT.

    The successful candidate will have excellent customer services, time management and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of our team and on own initiative.

    Essential Skills and Experience Required:
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant reception/clerical experience
    • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and databases
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands

    Immediate start required. Full time position 39 hours per week, based in Roscommon Town.
    Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    Mo Chairde, is a Day & Activity Centre and a Community Food Services Programme who provide a vital range of social and health supports to older people and adults living with a disability to enable them to remain as independent as possible in their own homes and communities.
    Mo Chairde are currently seeking to recruit a full-time ADMINISTRATOR for their service.

     

    The Administrator will be responsible for preparing the centre returns, purchase orders, public procurement, SAGE, funding appliations and complying with funder procedures.

     

    The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of our team and on own inititive.

    Essential Criteria
    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience of office administration including bookkeeping andfinancial returns
    Minimum of 1 years experience of Sage Accounting system
    • Experience of budgeting and financial record keeping
    • Experience of preparing financial reports together with administration of programs
    • Excellent IT skills including MS Excel and MS Office
    • Full Driving licence with access to own vehicle
    • Experience of Social Media Marketing

    RECRUITMENT - Lead Ukrainian Refugee Intercultural Support Worker

    Full-time position
    Exciting opportunity to work as part of the team in Roscommon LEADER Partnership to deliver support to the Ukrainian communities. The Lead Ukrainian Refugee Intercultural Support Worker will work with the Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP) team to support their response to the needs of Ukrainian refugees throughout the County of Roscommon.

    The desirable competencies include:
    ● A relevant third-level degree in the relevant area, or post-graduate qualification.
    ● One-year experience of working in a similar role is desirable.
    ● Experience working with socially excluded groups, including migrants, asylum seekers, or refugees would be advantageous.
    ● Knowledge of issues facing migrants in Ireland.
    ● Advocacy and networking skills.
    ● Commitment to the promotion of equal opportunities and cultural diversity.
    ● Ability to organise and facilitate intercultural and integration events.
    ● Experience of working collaboratively at an inter-agency level.
    ● Experience in Strategic and Operational Planning.

    Recruitment - AIM Early Years Educator

    Part-Time
    The AIM (Access and Inclusion Model) Early Years Educator will support the development and delivery of the Aistear Curriculum under the ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) programme, working in a child-centred and child-lead environment where the health and well-being of the child is of the upmost priority at all times.

     

    Location: Ballaghaderreen

    Contract: ECCE term time calendar contract 38 weeks

    Hours of Work: 15 hours per week (longer hours available if required)

    Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 09.30 – 12.30

    Annual Leave: 21 days plus additional company leave days on a pro rata basis

    Salary: Competitive rates of pay depending on qualification and experience
