Our Goal

Roscommon Integrated Development Company CLG trading as Roscommon LEADER Partnership, is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity (CRO: 455844/Charity Registration No: 20070878).
Our goal is to deliver the highest level of services to our end users. We encourage best practice corporate governance and have recently commenced our own review on best practice.

Roscommon LEADER Partnership undertakes to maintain a strong code of governance and uphold and maintain compliance with the Charities Governance Code together with other Regulations & Codes from external stakeholders.

Charitable Purposes

Other purpose that is of benefit to the community
Advancement of community welfare including the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, or disability
Advancement of community development, including rural or urban regeneration
Promotion of civic responsibility or voluntary work

Charitable Objects

The main object of the Company is to promote, support, assist and engage in (a) social development, (b) enterprise development to facilitate rural and urban regeneration or (c) community development, designed to benefit and promote the welfare of local communities or to deal with the causes and consequences of social and economic disadvantage or poverty.
